How much will the homes cost?

We are currently in the process of finalising the cost of each of the homes. The sale price of each house includes the following: build cost of the individual unit, the cost of the land on which the individual house and private garden sits, a share of the common land and common house upgrade, common landscaping cost, build finance cost, professional and council fees and GST. Our aim is to make the project as affordable as we can both from a capital cost and running cost point of view. When are you planning to build?

We are all keen to get started as soon as possible. The timing of the build will be determined by how quickly the homes are sold once the final sale price has been determined. Once all or most of the homes are sold we will get the build underway.  Currently we plan to start construction in late 2017. Are the homes designed for accessibility?

Yes. The homes and common facilities have been designed with accessibility in mind. There are a number of single level homes and the two and three level homes have been designed to accommodate stair climbers if required.

Can I rent?

Our houses will be all individually owned, and we expect some of them will be available for rent.  If you are interested in renting, contact us via the contacts page.
